Process Alerts

Have your processes under control with our new feature – Process Alerts.

Alerts are ready to look after your processes in Robolytix sonars. Define a custom value for your process to receive an immediate alert when the value is reached. Alerts are issued in Robolytix notification center. When the defined value is reached an alert email is automatically sent to the selected recipients.

Set new Alert: Settings > Processes > Add your porcess > Process alerts > Add new

Adding new Alerts step by step

1. Add new Alert
2. Set Alert name + add a description if needed.
3. Sonar = choose Sonar in your process to set the value for.
4. Logical condition = less, equal, greater.
5. Threshold value = set the number of operations to be alerted of.
6. For previous = period of cumulated operations (hour, day, week, month, year).
7. Add email recipients = define users to receive the Alerts.
8. Frequency = set maximum frequency to receive Alerts.
