This article describes the process, that guides new users through application and stores data in the company CRM system. There are three systems involved in this process:
The whole process begins in the application in the sign-up. Each user has tracked through this process. In the end, important data are located in CRM and prepared for support and sales assistants.
Main steps in the process
Start of monitoring is called directly in the application code. Robolytix has detailed documentation with SDK at Robolytix Github.
One of the two main Power Automate process controls the whole sign-up. It checks the validity of data and sends reminder emails.
This process sends additional data to the main onboarding process. It adds data, that users insert during the creation of a new account.
